We recently did a job for a customer who wanted
sliding shelves put inside all of the lower cabinets in
their kitchen. One problem was that each of the cabinets
was a different size so retro-fitting an accessory you
might find at your local hardware store was problematic
at best.
Pre-manufactured pull-outs waste a ton of space because:
1. They are usually made like metal baskets that you
cannot size to your cabinets.
2. They have high sides that limit your access to stored
items.
3. They are almost always mounted to the cabinet base
and cannot be suspended in the middle of the cabinet.
4. They do not pull all of the way out.
So… we created custom sliding shelves which have:
1. A stylish brushed chrome handle on the front.
2. A small lip on the back to stop items from falling
off when sliding shelf out.
3. No sides or front to waste space.
4. Double extension ball bearing slides so shelves pull
all of the way out.
5. Side mounting so shelves can be mounted on base or
suspended.
6. Full 22-24” depth to utilize every inch of cabinet
